Emailing an Offer for TheBizOppNetwork

Here are the 5 easy steps to emailing an offer to your bizopp list.

Step 1 Login and Select Campaign
Step 2 Deploy a Creative
Step 3 Load an HTML into Your ESP
Step 4 Get the Suppression File
Step 5 Check your stats

Login and Select Campaign
Login to https://www.TheBizOppNetwork.com
Click “Campaigns” tab at the top
Pick a specific campaign or hit submit to see all offers (If you run international traffic be sure to choose a country under the “By Countries:” )
Hit Submit (The list off all offers available to you will appear)
Click the offer name you would like to email

Deploy a Creative
To email an offer you are going to need an “HTML.” Click “View HTML” beside creatives labeled “HTML AD.” This is what your email will look like for your subscribers.
Next, you can either grab the .html coding directly or deploy a creative for better tracking.
Enter something you want to track in the box labeled “NAME for CREATIVE DEPLOYMENT.” (No spaces allowed)
Good example deployment names Janxx01xx2010 or Janxx01xx2010xxYAHOOxxDrop.
Click Deploy Creative.

Load an HTML into Your ESP
After clicking deploy you will be taken to a box containing code. Copy and paste this either directly to your email provider, or to a notepad as shown below. We recommend pasting the text into a blank notepad document and saving as an .html file. (This will preserve what you sent for future reference).

Save An Email HTML from TheBizOppNetwork

Next you’ll copy this same code into your email service provider. Find a section that asks for “html” “source” or “body.”

Note: There is no need to enter your affiliate code as it is already loaded into the .html for you.
Also, you’ll need to enter a pre-approved Subject line. This is found back on the offers page under “Show All Approved Subject Lines for this Campaign.”

 Load HTML into Your ESP

Get the Suppression File
Can Spam compliance requires you to use our advertiser opt out lists each and every time you mail. Prior to clicking send you will need to download our file to your computer and then upload it to your email service provider. This file is simply a list of email addresses that have asked not to receive updates about the offer you are emailing. Your email provider will skip over their addresses when you send your drop if you’ve properly loaded the suppression file.

The link to download the suppression file is found on the campaign page. After inserting the unique username and password you will be able to save the file to your desktop.

Save a Suppression File for Emailing

Save File

Next, locate an “opt out” or “suppression” file area where you can save this in your email service provider. Contact your email provider if you are unsure where this option is in this system.

Great news! You’ve got an .html loaded, a subject line, and a suppression file loaded. You are now ready to hit send. (We recommend running a test to your personal email account first to make sure the links and opt out link at the bottom are working.)

Check your stats
(And See How Much $$ You Are Earning!)
Want to know how much dough you’ve raked in on a particular email blast? In addition to pulling stats by a date range you can pull stats according to the deployment names you’ve used.

Go to the Statistics Tab. At the bottom, select Get Stats for Deployed Creative. Your statistics will be nicely organized according to how you’ve named them.Get Deployed Creative Stats
